For over 30 years, Tracy has been driving meaningful change—helping organizations, teams, and individuals grow, adapt, and achieve their goals. She has collaborated with Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, non-profits, and cultural institutions. This work has deepened her passion for lifelong learning. It has also honed her skill in understanding how adults develop, shift behaviors, and create lasting success.
Tracy takes a proactive, results-driven approach, helping individuals gain clarity on their aspirations, navigate career transitions, and take intentional steps toward fulfilling careers. She believes growth isn’t just about reflection—it’s about action. With a sharp focus on strategy and personal development, she challenges and supports clients as they define what they truly want and build a clear path to achieving it.
Tracy holds a BA from Bates College and an MS from Northwestern University, where she earned additional certifications in Leadership and Organizational Coaching and Leading for Equity and Inclusion in Organizations. In addition, she is trained in the Hogan and Integrative 360 Leadership Assessments.
